Our 1980 Trident 80B is from West Beach Recorders in Hollywood. It adds a big, round, warm sound to your project. This console was used to record Sublime, Blink 182, & Bad Religion.
At CCM Studios we offer two tracking rooms with real-time video feeds between them. Vocal Booth A is ideal for dry vocals, acoustic or electric guitar, or other "color" instruments.
Whether drums or any instrument that need that "live" bigger room sound, our video linked large room is perfect to complete a full band session.
Our Studio B is committed to providing the highest quality recording while recognizing that sometimes a big studio with multiple rooms is not need for every project. Our intimate single room creative space is a perfect place to create, write, produce, and record.
At Studios B we offer an intimate room with great gear like Protools, Trident preamp, the best monitor chain with Martin Sound Monitor MAX, and a Studio Projects C1 microphone with an Apogee interface.
Our Studio B is for rap and hip hop only. Studio B is limited to 3 people - you, one other guest/ artist, and our engineer. AutoTune is not availabe in Studio B. We will not record spoken word or musical instruments in Studio B. If you have multiple artists, a band, or an entourage, you will need to book Studio A.

1980 TRIDENT 80B * CCM is home to one of the finest recording console in the area. Our vintage Trident 80B provides a big, round, warm sound to your project that you will not find anywhere else in Denver. Purchased from West Beach Recorders in Hollywood, our console was used to record artists such as Sublime, Blink 182, MXPX, Bad Religion, The Melvins, Pennywise, NOFX, Good Charlotte and countless others.
In the late '70s Malcolm Toft developed a new series of recording consoles to update Trident's sound for a new generation of musical talent. The result was the Trident Series 80, whose sound quickly became a favorite among the top artists of the day. For decades, Trident's Series 80 consoles have graced world-class recording facilities. This console has played an important role in defining the sound of rock and country music over the past 30 years, and, along with those of other manufacturers including Neve and SSL, it helped to establish British recording and mixing consoles as among the finest in the world.
We’re very proud to offer our clients this amazing console. Arguably one of the finest in the region.
